The church started in the pastors home in Downey, California holding Sunday and midweek services. The church continued and moved our services to Bellflower and then to Norwalk. Then in 1986 through God's help we purchased and moved into our first church owned property in Downey. Then again in 1998, through another sovereign and gracious move of God, He relocated us to where we are now in Uptown Whittier, California


Over the years, God has enabled us to do the following:

  • Family Care Ministries (Parenting Seminars, Christian Counseling and Support Groups)
  • Healthy Families (helping to provide no-cost to low-cost health insurance to low income families)
  • Institute of Christian Counseling Training
  • Intercessors Ministry and Teams
  • Leadership Development and Mentoring
  • Life-Builders Teaching and Training Seminars
  • Mercy Ministries (skid row, prison ministries, feeding and clothing the poor and needy)
  • Ministry Training (Renewal Prayer Ministry, Prophetic Ministry and Healing Ministry training)
  • Monthly Ministers Gathering (a support and encouragement ministry to regional ministers)
  • Regency Bible College
  • Regency Ministry Training School
  • Regional Apostolic and Regional Prophetic Conferences with nationally and internationally recognized ministers
  • Vision International Women’s Outreach Ministries
  • Youth Mentoring and Ministries

Even after all this, the Lord Jesus continues to amaze us and we know the best is yet to come!
